 Team Solutions
The Team Solution Center in Orlando was designed to give attendees a unique team building opportunity. There is only one seat in a race car, and drivers know they would never be successful without their pit crew and mechanics team helping them. TrackTime Driving Schools’ crew of professionals facilitated the Pit Crew Challenge in which teams of four to five members learned basic teamwork skills such as communication or goal setting. Teams then applied these principles in three timed challenges to change tires on a real stock car. An electronic leaderboard was provided by Magnolia Golf Group to track each team’s best time. The following top three teams were awarded trophies at the conclusion of the Pit Crew Challenge:
- Stens #4 – 9.57 sec.
- Sand daM #3 – 9.67 sec.
- Stens #2 – 11.03 sec.
