Golf Course Solutions

The Golf Course Solutions Center is always one of the most popular spaces on the trade show floor, and this remained the same in Orlando. Two teeing ground construction projects were featured—one showing a cross section of the layers making up the teeing ground and one a bird’s eye view of the components used in creating a teeing ground. Platinum Paspalum was used on the tops of the tees while the slopes were covered in Supreme Paspalum. Pine straw was used around the landscaped areas to finish off the area. Look for the Golf Course Builders Association, the American Society of Golf Course Architects, the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Irrigation Association to team up again in 2009 for another construction project on the trade show floor.
